Without exception all our service staff are factory trained and understand their trade to the last detail. Our complete supply of spare parts is even available for older machine models. 95% of all spare parts are on stock and can be shipped out immediately. And we take pride in fair prices. For example the high speed milling spindle. Factory rebuit and quality cirtified exchange spindles of all utilized types are available in our service inventory. Our customers immediately receive an exchange spindle if required. Upon repair the customer simply pays the repair costs and receives his origional spindle in exchange following the repair i.e only a fraction of the costs.

KERN tele-service - on demand world wide troubleshooting

To reduce your costs and down time our professionally trained service engineers can access your machine control directly. They can screen, run a diagnostic program and resolve certain errors immediately. Not only the control but also all vital machine components can be verified and, as we live data security, you decide when we can access the control and via which interface. Our service team will gladly assist and inform you about this product and discuss the possibilities to retrofit your machine with the KERN tele-service.

KERN SMS service - informed around the clock

You would like to be informed about the status of your machine during unmanned operating time? No problem, on demand your machine can send a pre defined message to any responsible or designated staff member. Our KERN SMS service can also be retrofitted to your machine.
