We mill, drill, EDM and grind per your order. Our range of activities entails prototype manufacturing, single part and mass production, as well as assembly of components and providing a bill of materials. Your precision- and micro components are manufactured with process control and accuracies up to 1µm. The contours and geometry can be as complex and user defined and there are no limitations to the choice of materials. With great care we machine pre finished parts or supplied materials. Alternatively we can also procure the materials, semi-finished parts or proprietary parts with manufacturers reports or certifications.

We do not only rely on our experience, we authenticate our promise to our customers with every new order. Our high tech CMM department verifies our manufacturing results to the exact micron. KERN's machining centre, outfitted and regularly updated with the newest machines, stands prepared for even the most difficult tasks. The job preparation staff and the technical capabilities of our machines cover 2 to 5 Axis simultaneous tasks. Additionally our climate controlled facility and the vibration free environment set the parameters for the highest accuracies achievable on the work piece.
