High accuracy measuring is the fundamental necessity for the manufacturing of high precision parts. The KERN CMM department is temperature controlled ± 1K and is outfitted with High-End CMM machines.

- Measuring and evaluation of finished goods around the clock in two manned and one unmanned shifts with a high degree of automation.

- Offline programming to allow run in simultaneous to current production
- Statistical Process control for efficient quality control of production parts
- Continuous relay of CMM data und deviances to the production site to allow real-time corrective action
