We manufacture complex parts of a few grams up to 300 Kg part weight with a diversity of manufacturing depths according to your engineering drawings. Requirements respective surface quality, exactness and feasibility are implemented. For mass production purposes the majority of our machines are outfitted with pallet changers and external automation units.

Even difficult materials such as Tool steels, Invar, and Titanium in highest precision quality, as well as deep hole drilling in stainless steels are part of our program.  When required we can call on our external partners who specialize in surface finishing and heat treatment and deliver your product with the desired certification.
 
The production preparation has a diversity of CAD/CAM systems to their disposal. As accuracies can only guaranteed if they are documented, our CMM laboratory is outfitted with the latest in CMM Technology from ZEISS. We generate first off reports and upon request we can present a fully documented final report.
