Our used machines do not age
KERN highest precision machining centres are renowned for exceptional intrinsic value. Thus our used machines are still highly sought after. As manufacturer we offer KERN machines solely in two revision categories:

precision certified:
diagnosis, cleaning and inspection of relevant machine omponents and exchange of important spare- and wear components followed by a complex KGM grid encoder calibration followed by the input of the new correction values. The machine is delivered with the KERN µ-check certificate. -
factory rebuilt:
the cleaned machines are completely disassembled in our Eschenloher factory, all worn components are overhauled respectively exchanged and the machine runs through the meticulous assembly and dimensional verification process, equal to the process of new machines. The machine is then derived to you with the KERN µ-check certificate and a 6 months warrantee.
