2008 KERN celebrated its 25 Machine building anniversary.  This success we owe to you, our customers. We are excited to use this opportunity to thank you with the special edition KERN "25". The "25" will be offered with a fixed configuration. Due to larger lot sizes and the identical construction we can produce the machines more rapidly and offer then to you at a more competitive rate. This synergy effect gives you the advantage of shorter delivery dates of 3 months and an astonishingly favourable price.  

The KERN "twenty five" is only available in limited edition

Without restrictions the „twenty five" features the typical positional accuracies of ± 0.5µm, a high  speed spindle with 50.000 RPM with a spindle run our of ± 1µm and the Heidenhain iTNC 530 smarT.NC control, rated one of the best controllers on the market. The "twenty five" is upgradable in all directions. Preparations for a rotary table (4&5 Axis), or the ability to expanding the tool changer to 63 or 95 positions, have been included. The interface for an external automatic work piece changer is part of the standard configuration. Furthermore an effective extraction unit is available for graphite and ceramic applications.
