The KERN Pyramid Nano is suitable for production of middle to high volume and is distinguished by its capabilities of producing highest precision and surface quality, concurrently achieving extreme fast cutting cycles.  Also larger work pieces are suitable to be machined. Due to the integrated robot palletiser, unmanned 3 and 5 Axe simultaneous processes are possible.

The Pyramid Nano base is designed as a symmetrical portal construction. This engineering construction combines highest dynamic stiffness and thermo-symmetric stability. This new material, KERN ARMORITH®, introduce high tensile strength and shear resistance as well as its unusual vibration dampening characteristics.  Due to the minimal thermal conductivity in conjunction with a intelligent temperature management, with three separate cooling circuits, the entire machine is insensitive to external temperature influences. The advantages of the hydrostatic axe ways and drives allow the KERN Pyramid Nano to achieve nano precision and superb surface finishes.
